Data Wiring Solutions makes workplace safety a daily priorty!

November-29-11

The NSCSA would like to give a nod to Data Wiring Solutions for integrating safety into the daily work of their employees.

Company policy requires that all DWS vehicles place a pylon at the front and rear of each vehicle when parked. When working, six pylons are placed around each vehicle.

This policy serves two purposes; visability for each vehicle is improved, and it also means that employees do a full vehicle check each time they collect the pylons, ensuring the vehicles are in working order, have not sustained any damage and that there are no obstacles or people around the vehicle before they pull away.

Its efforts such as these that help make Nova Scotia a safer place to work!
