Training Policies
Course Times
All courses start at 8:30 am and finish at 4:30 pm; unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.
Cancellation
Anyone registered in a course who cannot attend must give at least two business days’ notice. If you do not cancel within this time frame, you will be billed for the course.
Waiting List
Though a course may be marked FULL, we still keep a waiting list. Please contact Training Services to be put on a waiting list.
Pre-payment
We require pre-payment from everyone taking NSCSA courses. Please contact us to arrange pre-payment.
Online Course Policy
Students who request a refund are entitled to said refund if it is made within 30 days prior to the course start date.
