Young workers - those under age 25 - suffer a large number of workplace injuries.  Your children go to work and into situations where their safety could be at risk.  Education helps to reduce risk, and injuries.  Your children deserve to go to work and come home safely every day. 

Safety Education Belongs in our High Schools as a Mandatory part of curriculum because safety is a basic life skill which is required in all workplaces in Canada.

The NSCSA recognizes that to reduce the overall workplace injury rate in Nova Scotia, youth must be included in its efforts.
